For the information of the physicians who apply for the scholarship;

The registration fee for participation in the congress [(125 Euro (excluding VAT) for Master's, PhD and Trainee Specialization Students,

Others must have deposited 200 Euros (excluding VAT)] and sent their paper.
(Registration fees of participants who do not win a scholarship are not refunded)

• Accommodation at Rixos Sungate Hotel between November 25-29, 2026 for 4 nights with all-inclusive concept

• Bus station and city transfers are not included..

Registration and Reservation

In order for your congress participation and registration procedures to be carried out properly, the registration and accommodation form on the congress website must be filled in completely, the congress registration and accommodation fees must be deposited into the bank accounts specified below and sent to K2 Congress and Event Services by fax, cargo or mail with the receipt.

For all payments not paid on time or delayed after the congress date, an additional 10% is added and charged to you as announced in the budgets and on the website. Until the date of the congress, as many reservations are made as the amount of fees including VAT deposited by the companies.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation applications must be submitted in writing to K2 Congress and Event Services.
Cancellations that are not notified in writing are not valid. No refunds are made on or after May 29, 2026 even if notified in writing.
